Porch Renovate Project

Took and old porch that was sagging with some of the decking rotted, Post & rails were shot too. Aim was to renovate this porch keeping the aesthetics of the home while remaining cost effective. Due to the joists being old 2×4′s, a complete rebuild of deck and railing was in order and Yes, up to code.
